Happy Holidays

• Completed TESOL course

The major thing that has happened here is that Germany, Japan, Netherlands, France AND Australia have all LIFTED the travel bans to Bali.  This is very good news and I understand that tourists are starting to return to Bali!  ☺

Well today I completed my TESOL Certification four week intensive course!  Wow, how does anyone ever learn English unless from birth?  Please, whenever you meet someone who speaks English even pretty well and who is NOT a native speaker - be very impressed.  English is a VERY complicated language with more exceptions than rules.  I found it very difficult to learn what I needed to learn in order to complete this course.  But it's done!  Or as we English speakers say: "I speak English gooder than most now"! 

I'm off to the beautiful Mimpi Menjangan for a few days of R&R with my current girl friend Yanti.  We'll have our own pool and natural hot tub there!  So I'll try and catch up on my sleep (I was only getting about 5 hours/night during the 4 weeks).
