He married Jane Slacum. Jane was born 1804. At 25 years of age Jane became the mother of John Briscoe January 16, 1830. At 30 years of age Jane became the mother of Warner Briscoe 1834. At 31 years of age Jane became the mother of Rozier Dulaney,Dr Briscoe in Place High Hill, MI, 1835. At 33 years of age Jane became the mother of Maria Briscoe 1837. At 34 years of age Jane became the mother of William Briscoe 1838. At 37 years of age Jane became the mother of Charles B Briscoe 1841. At 38 years of age Jane became the mother of Barton Briscoe 1842. At 40 years of age Jane became the mother of Louisa Briscoe 1844.

Warner's occupation: Doctor. At 28 years of age Warner became the father of John Briscoe January 16, 1830. At 33 years of age Warner became the father of Warner Briscoe 1834.
