He married Elizabeth Evens. Elizabeth was born in New Burnswich, Canada January 14, 1859. At 38 years of age Elizabeth became the mother of Ethel Alice Clements in Aspen, CO, August 23, 1897.

At 37 years of age William became the father of Ethel Alice Clements in Aspen, CO, August 23, 1897.

William A. Clements and Elizabeth Evens had the following child:

2 i. Ethel Alice² Clements was born in Aspen, CO August 23, 1897. She married Willis Miles Corwin. Willis was born in Denver, CO August 15, 1893. Willis was the son of Harmon Miles Corwin and Margaret Garwood. Willis died 1954 at 60 years of age. At 31 years of age Willis became the father of Kenton Willis Corwin in Bell, CA, June 2, 1925. At 27 years of age Ethel became the mother of Kenton Willis Corwin in Bell, CA, June 2, 1925.
