2 i. Maria Katharina² Kraus was born in Kasberg, Germany January 25, 1762. Maria died December 8, 1827 in Strirfen, Germany, at 65 years of age. She married Peter Balensiefer. Peter was born in Stockum, Germany November 15, 1756. Peter was the son of Adolph Balensiefer and Gertrude Hagen. Peter died November 16, 1836 in Striefen, Germany, at 80 years of age. At 44 years of age Peter became the father of Adolph Balensiefer April 27, 1801. At 48 years of age Peter became the father of Wilmar Balensiefer in Kasberg, Germany, September 26, 1805. At 39 years of age Maria became the mother of Adolph Balensiefer April 27, 1801. At 43 years of age Maria became the mother of Wilmar Balensiefer in Kasberg, Germany, September 26, 1805.
